Is there a charge for a service call?
The answer is YES – and NO!
There is a charge for our technician to go out to examine your equipment to determine your repair needs. All diagnostic or repair calls are subject to a fee if customer elects not to have repairs performed by Crystal Clear Aquatics. However, this charge will be waived IF your repair work is performed by Crystal Clear Aquatics.
Can I get a pool cleaning estimate over the phone?
In general, NO. To provide an accurate estimate, a site visit is required.
Your monthly service rate is determined by several factors including: dimensions of your pool, number of gallons of water, estimated chemical demand, age and condition of components, condition and type of pool surface, and type of service being provided. Other factors considered are: access of pool, robotic cleaners, screen enclosure vs. open-air, and nearby trees, shrubs and vegetation.
What is your service area?
Our current areas of service are: Jupiter, Tequesta, West Palm Beach (west of I-95), Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and western areas of Palm Beach county including Boynton Beach, and Lake Worth. For areas not listed, please contact our office at 561-318-6750.

When is payment due and what types of payment do you accept?
Payments are due by the 20th of the month currently being serviced. We, in good faith, provide service to your pool with the expectation of being paid for services rendered.
We accept cash, personal check, bank check (via your online banking service), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We have the ability to process credit/debit card payments on an automatic basis. Credit/debit card payments require prior written authorization from customer. All returned payments are subject to collection of incurred bank service fees.
What if a holiday falls on my service day?
How does adverse weather affect my service?
Storms are common in South Florida. While our techs do work in the rain, torrential downpours and lightning provide unsafe working conditions. If adverse weather jeopardizes our technician’s safety, they will make every effort to service your pool as soon as possible.
During windy and rainy periods pools can be so loaded with dirt and debris it would be impossible to return all pools to “normal” condition within the standard timeframe of one weekly service call. Please bear with our technicians during these times as they are working harder than ever to return everyone’s pool to standard levels of cleanliness which may take two, or possibly three, service calls. All customers are valuable to us, and we strive to give each and every customer our utmost attention.
