How does adverse weather affect my service?

LightningStorms are common in South Florida. While our techs do work in the rain, torrential downpours and lightning provide unsafe working conditions. If adverse weather jeopardizes our technician’s safety, they will make every effort to service your pool as soon as possible.

During windy and rainy periods pools can be so loaded with dirt and debris it would be impossible to return all pools to “normal” condition within the standard timeframe of one weekly service call. Please bear with our technicians during these times as they are working harder than ever to return everyone’s pool to standard levels of cleanliness which may take two, or possibly three, service calls. All customers are valuable to us, and we strive to give each and every customer our utmost attention.
